Embodying the heart and vision of Calvary while serving those who are here, and those who are yet to come. This role is focused on enhancing the guest experience and overseeing volunteer teams to create engaging environments that make guests feel welcome and at home. 

Responsibilities & Skills:

- Must attend Calvary Church & be an active participant in the church body

- Create a guest service culture by recruiting, training, and developing volunteers for the Guest Experience team

- Overseeing & communicating with a team of volunteers for the welcome area and greeting team

- Inputting visitor information in the database, and following up with new visitors

- Must have a good attitude for serving the church and others

- Must be a team player

About this role:

- Part-time, up to 8 hours per week including most Sunday mornings

- Hourly pay

- Reports to Outreach Pastor

- Possibility to participate in retirement matching plan
