This weekend we welcome Scott Harrison, founder and president of Charity:Water, to our services. He will share with us the story of his journey from photojournalist for Mercy Ships in Liberia, to founder of Charity:Water.

Our own deep connection to, and concern for, the people of Liberia, West Africa, has driven us to include Charity:Water’s Water4Christmas campaign in our Unleash initiatives. Liberia is a developing nation, and it is our desire to help bring them safe drinking water.

You know, one in eight people on the planet don’t have access to clean drinking water. Look around the room right now and realize that none of us are the “one,” we are all in the “seven.” Lucky us.
