When It Really Counts…

How valuable is our attendance at weekend worship anyway? When is our Christianity really important? If our “Am-I-following-Jesus?” supervisor showed up for an hour of observation, what time of the week would give him the most information?

In my personal experience I would conclude that two circumstances bring the greatest spikes in spiritual growth–serving others (contributing) and small groups (community). In fact I suggest those two parts of life are Biblical ways to measure if our faith really counts. They test our ability to put into practice what we hear.
